Meet the Directors

Director Timothy Grange

Mr. Grange is from Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of The Colony High School, which is part of the Lewisville Independent School District. Mr. Grange earned a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of North Texas in 1995. He was a member of the University of North Texas Wind Symphony and the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps. Mr. Grange has studied trumpet with Dick Clardy, John Haynie, and Leonard Candelaria. He holds professional affiliations with the Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, and the Texas State Teachers Association. Mr. Grange is in his thirteenth year of teaching. He comes to Clear Springs High School from the Katy Independent School District where he taught at James E. Taylor High School for two years and Mayde Creek High School for ten years. Mr. Grange is blessed with wife Traci and daughters Mary Kate and Kelsey.

Assistant Director Lindsay Gamble

Mrs. Gamble comes to Clear Springs High School from Beijing, China where she taught music to all ages of children and young adults at the Harrow International School Beijing. During her time in China, Mrs. Gamble played oboe with the Beijing Symphony Orchestra and performed with them throughout their Europe Tour in the Spring of 2009. Before her move overseas, Mrs. Gamble taught and directed bands in the Austin area and was a guest conductor in a prestigious Sudler Cup Presentation Concert sponsored by the John Philip Sousa Foundation. Mrs. Gamble received a Bachelor of Musical Arts with a concentration in Music Studies and Certificate of Oboe Performance from The University of Texas at Austin. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in Sugar Land, Texas where she was a two-year All-State musician and drum major. Mrs. Gamble is a member of the Texas Music Educator's Association and International Double Reed Society.
