Volunteers are the life blood of the Charger band. Without dedicated men and women, our kids would not be able to have a fantastic experience with Clear Springs Band. Nobody cares about our kids the way we do! Join us in helping make band the highlight of our teens’ high school years. There is something for everyone. Find your spot and jump right in!   1. Fundraising Team – Responsible for coordinating all fundraising activities of the Booster Club in coordination with other committee chairpersons and the executive board. As time permits this committee will also look into any local grant opportunities that may be available. Sign me up!
  2. Communications Team – Responsible for submitting photos and articles to local newspapers regarding band activities, maintaining the band booster website, and coordinating email or phone tree communications with membership. Sign me up!
  3. Chaperone Team – Responsible for chaperoning for football games, contests, parties, trips and all other band functions as required. We also have EMTs, RNs, or LVNs as part of this team. Sign me up!
  4. Uniform Team – Responsible for issuing issue properly fitted uniforms to students, altering the uniforms as needed, cleaning uniforms, collecting uniforms at the end of the year and taking inventory for the directors. Sign me up!
  5. Hospitality Team – Responsible for treats at various functions such as concerts, trips, band camps, band socials, and meetings as necessary. Sign me up!
  6. Spirit Team – Responsible for providing spirit items for parents/students to purchase items such as decals, yard signs, chaperone shirts, hats, and other appropriate items for display. Sign me up!
  7. Roadie Crew – Responsible for hauling, lifting, loading, and unloading equipment and props as necessary at football games and various competitions throughout the year. This team will also assist with construction of props as needed. Sign me up!
