Texas Roadhouse Rib Plate Fundraiser

This is the second year for CSHS to have an Indoor Percussion team. They are working hard and it is showing. Just last weekend, they were awarded 2nd place in their category at competition! The Indoor Percussion team is doing a Texas Roadhouse Rib Plate Fundraiser to help with the cost of uniforms, props, buses, and competition fees.

This fundraiser is for “to go” rib plate meals from Texas Roadhouse. Each meal includes 1/2 slab of ribs, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a roll.

Plates are available for purchase from March 25th thru April 4th ONLY! Sells are underway now. Meals will not be sold during the day of delivery.

Your plates will be available for pick up on April 15th at CSHS. Those who purchased plates drive up outside of the cafeteria to pick up their to-go meals during the hour of 5:30pm-6:30pm.

How does this work?

Print the CSHS BAND DRIVE THRU FLYER . Use one form per family order.
Fill out the bottom portion of the form, place form in an envelope along with payment of cash or check. Cash is best, but you can send a check made out to CSHS Band Booster Club.
Keep the top part of the form to remind you when to pick up your meals.
Have your student drop off the envelope, with the order form and payment, in the black safe in the band hall by Thursday April 4th.
Drive up next to the sidewalk outside the cafeteria between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on April 15th to pick up your pre-ordered meals.

Jason’s Deli Give Back Night

Chili’s Give Back & Wing Showdown Night

Let Chili’s do the cooking while you support the Clear Springs High School Band at the same time!

Join us at Chili’s in League City on Monday, 9/10 for food and fun. Chili’s will donate a percentage of sales the band brings in for the entire day. This includes take out orders so please tell your friends. Be sure to either present a flyer (digital or paper) or mention it to the server. This is an easy way to help fund the band and a good excuse not to cook!

Parents – join us in the “adult section” and get to know your fellow band parents. The football game will be on in the bar!

At 7:00 Mr. Witmer and Mr. Solis will go head to head in a wing eating battle! Come out and cheer them on!

Our give back nights last year were a huge success. Let’s make this one even better with a big turnout! If you work in an office or have friends and family who might enjoy eating out for a cause, please print and distribute as many flyers as you want. Thank you for supporting our Charger band!!!

If you’ve donated money or volunteer hours to the Clear Springs Charger Band program this year, THANK YOU! But don’t stop there…why not let those hours and dollars work a little harder by looking into whether your company offers matching donations and volunteer grant programs?

Your volunteer hours (tracked by the booster club) are already much appreciated by the students, directors, and parents, but if your company offers volunteer grant opportunities, those hours can also translate into significant fundraising dollars for the band. Last year, matching donations and volunteer grants provided hundreds of dollars in supplemental income for the band.

Free Money for the Charger Band!

Looking for an easy ways to give back to the band just by shopping? See below! These merchants give money directly to the band when you make purchases, so no money comes out of your pocket.

These programs continue throughout the year. Use them every time you shop.

AMAZON

The first is the Amazon Associates program. Basically, if you are going to buy anything from Amazon, you can raise money for the band by accessing Amazon through our link instead of going directly to amazon.com. Just click on the Amazon box on the right side of this website. When you do this Amazon will donate a percentage of your purchase amount to the band.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not seeing the Amazon link on the right, make sure that you do not have any ad blocker software running that may be blocking it.

KROGER

The next program is the Kroger Community Rewards Program. If you enroll your Kroger Plus card in the program and use it when you check out, Kroger will donate a percentage of your purchase amount to the band. Easy!

If everyone participates, we can easily exceed our goal of $2000 this year!

If you have been enrolled in the Kroger community Rewards program in previous years, please take a moment to re-enroll. Everyone must re-enroll every year. The year end for the program is August 30. If you have not re-enrolled already, you are not currently contributing to the band program. You should have received an email from Kroger that allows for a simple one click re-enrollment.
