Transaction Fees:

The transaction fees cover the costs we are charged by Affinipay, our payment processor.  We are charged a flat $0.20 per transaction and then 4% of the purchase price.  If we don’t include the transaction fees, then the net amount we receive isn’t enough to cover the true costs.

Cash or Check:

Many items can also be paid for with cash/check.  The cash/check should be placed inside an envelope with the student’s name and what the money is for on the outside, and then placed in the safe in the band hall.  Returned checks will result in a fee back to the parents of that student.
